Use on cards, home decor items, mixed media or any porous surface. Pot features an in-built sponge delivery system. Load a small amount onto the sponge applicator and apply it to your project directly or use it to highlight features. Can be watered down for painting. Lightly mist with water before storing for longer periods of time and clean sponge before storing. Package contains on 50ml pot of Cosmic Shimmer Neon Polish Paste.
